Each fine silver wire holds an abundance of powerful LEDs. Either hang your balloon from the wall or ceiling or use the wire as an anchor, if you've filled your balloon with helium. At the other end of the wire, there's a nifty battery pack, with a multi-function switch. Choose between Flash, Twinkling or Static and take your balloon to the next level!
